7) Education

  • Physician graduated from the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo in 1975, with specialization in Pediatrics at the same university (1976 and 1977). Worked for 30 years in various medical activities from 1978 until 2008, when left the medical field to devote entirely to his work with wine and wine journalism.

8) Awards received

  • Prepared the Wine List of TAM Airlines, which received the the following awards: "Best White Wine served in First Class "(2009)," Best Red Wine served in First Class", "Airline that most improved its First Class Wine List " (2012) and "Best Red Wine served in Business Class" (2013), in the prestigious contest Cellar in the Sky sponsored by Business Traveler magazine, with more than 50 of the most important airlines competing together.
